Our One-Off Repair is a fixed-price solution covering the cost of call-out, labour, and spare parts. There are no hidden charges, and nothing more to pay.
This repair is covered by a 3 month guarantee on labour and replacement spare parts.
If we are unable to repair your appliance (no fault found, parts no longer available, or the appliance is unrepairable), we would charge an inspection fee of £50, however, we would give you the option of upgrading to a new appliance from Whirlpool, in which case the inspection fee would be waived.
